During times of restoration one of the most important and vital things that must take place- and ensures the spiritual government that God placed in our hands is executes- is the development of leadership abilities. Inmany ministries, the believers are able to opes but are incapable of carrying out the work, decisively rate in their gifts but are incapable of carrying decisively, becasue they fail to develop their leadership potential given by God. The sole intention of this manual is to provide the theoretic and practical tools needed to reach spiritual maturity in Christian leadership. The objectives of this manual are to teache, equip, and help the leadership mature so they can carry out their functions as leaders and mentors. Train disciples with theoretic and practical knowledge, enabling them to become good leaders and mentors in the kingdom of God. Impart the apostolic annointing and activate the students, enabling them to operate in the supernatural and extend the kingdom of God throughout the world as they carry out the vision of the house.
